Cancellation policies

We understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 12 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time. Appointments cancelled within 3 hours are a “No-Show”.

Late arrivals

If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show”.

No-Show policies

If there are three “No-Show” records in your profile, we are no longer able to accept your booking. Please do a walk-in for your most convenience.

Group bookings

For group booking more than 6 people, there is a non-refundable 20% deposit to be made on all services. Your appointment bookings will be confirmed and held once the deposit is in place. The non-refundable deposit is used
towards your first appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment later than 2 days of your appointment time or a no-show, you will
not be refunded.
